I have worked with several different support companies and I have to
say that REMSYS offer by far the best and the most
responsive service I've ever had. They have true 24/7 support, when
there's an emergency at any hour of the day or night response time is
always very quick. If your server is down at 4am you can be sure
they'll be on it right away - which is, in my experience, not always
the case with some other companies.
