Technical Support One of the main reasons why customers choose REMSYS is the quality of our technical support.
Our technical team consists of L1, L2, L3 engineers and System Architects. L2 and L3 engineers are promoted from L1 level, based on competition. We provide periodical trainings, presentations and testing for our technical staff. Our strong internal procedures and policies permit us to maintain a good service level. Extensive knowledge of actual technical support issues help us to solve the most complex problems. In case of the sever issues the support team will be working around the clock until the problem is resolved or the priority of the issue has decreased. During the solution of the problem, the support group maintains a constant contact with the customer so they can monitor the status of the resolution and the level of achieved success. |
